Hi.

After selecting the log file/s to analyze, program starts processing and then it stop working.

This is the error description. It's in spanish but I think you will understand it:

Congratulations for this tool. I've not seen it working but seems to be good. We all need it.

Hi,
I downloaded the source code and also Indihiang_x86.msi in my local machine. I tried to open a log file, and it gives me an error:
Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Documents and Settings\myuser\Application Data\Indihiang\Data\828f73d3-f9aa-47c5-82c0-f8a36ca27155'.
 
Can some one please help how to resolve this?

Check to see if you are running the 64-bit version if you are on a 64-bit system. Other bug(s) on this site state that it's a problem to run the x86 on a 64-bit machine, at least for this package.

Well, maybe unfilter is the wrong term. What I am wishing for is the ability to create a set of "filters" that say "I don't want to see this type of entry". Then if I want to see everything, I turn off filters. Otherwise, I can turn off the events that don't interest me in most cases, leaving the odd ducks for analysis.

Being able to turn off some messages about which I already know the story behind would make studying the exceptions easier.

Another useful feature would be coordinating information between the various IIS, Server, SharePoint, event, etc. logs into a master view of the system. This seems like it would make your tool even greater.

Just some ideas.

I am specifying the ip address, user name, password and i get the following error

unknown error 0x80005000

can you specify the username as
domain\<username> ??
not sure what I am doing wrong

One thing that got me was that i was trying to use the 32 bit version to try and connect to a 64 bit server, installed the 64bit version of the analyser on the server and i didn't get this error.

I had the same problem, debug the application and discover that we need sqlite installed, download from this website and runs ok:

This is exactly the same error message I receive trying to analyze an IIS Express 7.5 web session log. I am running WIN7 and then to the ROAMING profile and thereafter refer to the Application Data Directory. I have download the source in hopes of isolating an error on an Intranet site that references Office 2010. I highly suspect it has to do with Active Directory and the permission associated with the entire ASP. NET web site.

However, this is the first time I used your software offering and may involve with something I forgot to do during the installation.

I had exactly the same problem (if you are running 64 bit windows 7). I solved the problem by uninstalling the x86 version and re-installing the x64 version

Check the downloads section to get the correct download.

Just installed the program, but when I try to open a log file I get a "stopped working" dialog.

I have tried this on a local log file as well as remote. Suggestions?

Love the tool. Worked great for me. One question if anyone can answer. Can I get a report on the HTTP status codes by IP address? I want to get info on what IP or IP's are the hits coming from for status code 401.2 for example.
