Hi,
I downloaded the source code and also Indihiang_x86.msi in my local machine. I tried to open a log file, and it gives me an error:
Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Documents and Settings\myuser\Application Data\Indihiang\Data\828f73d3-f9aa-47c5-82c0-f8a36ca27155'.
 
Can some one please help how to resolve this?

Check to see if you are running the 64-bit version if you are on a 64-bit system. Other bug(s) on this site state that it's a problem to run the x86 on a 64-bit machine, at least for this package.

I am specifying the ip address, user name, password and i get the following error

unknown error 0x80005000

can you specify the username as
domain\<username> ??
not sure what I am doing wrong

One thing that got me was that i was trying to use the 32 bit version to try and connect to a 64 bit server, installed the 64bit version of the analyser on the server and i didn't get this error.

Hi,
I downloaded the source code and also Indihiang_x86.msi in my local machine. I tried to open a log file, and it gives me an error:

This is exactly the same error message I receive trying to analyze an IIS Express 7.5 web session log. I am running WIN7 and then to the ROAMING profile and thereafter refer to the Application Data Directory. I have download the source in hopes of isolating an error on an Intranet site that references Office 2010. I highly suspect it has to do with Active Directory and the permission associated with the entire ASP. NET web site.

However, this is the first time I used your software offering and may involve with something I forgot to do during the installation.

The app crashes when it starts parsing... Windows Server 2008. Crashes on all my log files, have included one of them.

I guess the solution is to use the 64-bit version, but this is NOT OBVIOUS. How about adding a launch condition to the installer?

I get the same thing. yes my ID in domain is an admin ID (in local admins on servers)

I have ~2GB log files (for each 24h). When I tried to open one - Indihiang eat ~2GB of RAM and a processor core. After 2 minutes I had to kill process without any result.

Same issue 5GB log file. Analyzer eats about 2,5 GB RAm after reading only 1GB. Shame...

Since it was crashing, I ran the app under windbg and found that SQLLite was throwing the BadImageFormatException error.
If you have x64 OS then install x64 version of the application which fixes this issue. Right side link for download by default installs x86 version.

I am having the same issue and I tried to run it as aministrator. The user that I am trying to connect using is a domain admin so it is a local admin on the web server.
